Kairos Analytics is operated by Kairos Lab. By accessing or using kairosanalytics.org or any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Kairos Analytics is a behavioral and Web3 analytics platform for decentralized applications. We provide an SDK, a relayer service, smart contract integrations, and a dashboard interface. The platform allows dApp developers to track user behavior and verify data integrity through on-chain cryptographic proofs.
You must create an account to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You may not share your account or use the platform on behalf of others without their consent. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
The analytics data collected by your integration belongs to you. We store it to power your dashboard. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it to build competing products.
On-chain anchored data is permanently public by nature of the blockchain. Event hashes submitted to Base mainnet or BSC are irreversible. Do not include sensitive or personal information in event properties.
You may not use Kairos Analytics to: track users without their knowledge in jurisdictions where consent is required; process PII through event properties; attempt to reverse engineer the platform; resell the service without a written SDK License agreement; use the platform for illegal activities.
The SDK is designed to collect no PII by default. It is your responsibility to ensure your integration complies with applicable privacy laws.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are shown in USD excluding applicable taxes. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. There are no refunds for partial subscription periods. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
If payment fails, your account moves to the Free plan until payment is updated. Data is retained for 30 days after downgrade.
We target 99.5% relayer uptime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via the System Status page. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
